Are there any changes due to COVID-19?
We have a COVID-Safe plan that does not effect class size however groups need to maintain a 1.5m distance from one another. Our certified COVID marshal will help to arrange this, and we provide hand sanitiser at each table. All guests will be required to sign in using the COVIDSAFE QR Code set up in the studio. We’re lucky to be in SA with so few active cases, but it’s important to keep up the good work until a more permanent solution is found!
What is a night out at POTTY MOUTH like?
After you’ve arrived and had your ticket checked you’ll be shown to your seat with your paints, brushes, and pot all ready to go. You’ll be served your choice of wine to enjoy and get the creative juices flowing. Once everyone is seated our talented host will guide you through a fun 2-3 hour painting session while you sip your wine, listen to our hand-crafted playlist, and uncover the botanic artist you never knew you had in you. OR you can go wild and create your very own masterpiece, the world is your oyster!
What is included in the cost of the session?
Ticket price includes use of paints, palettes, brushes, smocks, a bottle of premium wine to share between two and glassware, instruction from our resident artist and your very own pot, which is yours to take home after the session, with a brand new plant baby.
Do I need to book in advance?
Yes. Unfortunately sessions book out so it is imperative that you book online before arrival to secure your seat. Each session is very intimate with 20 people!
What time should I arrive and how long are the sessions?
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to the scheduled start time to have your ticket checked, be seated, and pour yourself a nice drop before we get started.
If I come with a friend will we be sitting together?
Absolutely. We want you to have the best time possible and will make sure you are seated in the group that you booked with. If you have booked separately and would like to be seated together just let our friendly staff know when you arrive and we will do everything we can to accommodate.
What do I wear to a session at POTTY MOUTH?
We do provide (very stylish) smocks/ aprons to protect you from any spills so wear whatever you feel comfortable in.
Do I have to copy the host’s artwork exactly?
Not at all. Our hosts are there to guide you but if your creative juices are telling you to go off-script then you’re more than welcome to. Go crazy and have fun!
What if I need to cancel my booking?
All sales are final but if you cannot make it to a session please let us know at least 48 hours prior to your booked session and we will be happy to change your booking to another session if possible.
Can I purchase any extra alcohol at the event?
YES! while 1 bottle is included (for 2pp to share) in the price of your ticket, we do have extras on hand to ensure that you have a great time! We do have a RP on site who makes the calls about whether to serve or not and all their decisions are final. We want you to have fun, stay safe and most of all not wake up with a sore head the next day.
Can I host a private party or function at POTTY MOUTH?
Absolutely. We would love to host your function and cater for events of all kinds. For more information see the Private Events tab and get in touch.
Can I purchase a gift card for POTTY MOUTH?
Yes, POTTY MOUTH gift cards are a brilliant present idea and an experience to remember!
Are children allowed at the events?
Unfortunately not. At this stage our sessions are only open to patrons 18+
Can I bring my own nibbles and food?
Yes – we want you to be comfortable and have a terrific night so feel free to bring along your favourite nibbles, keeping in mind we’re just around the corner from some of Adelaide’s best pubs and bars. Due to COVID – share platters are no longer be permitted at public sessions. PLEASE NOTE: table spaces are limited so large platters will not fit.
Is there a min group size that the event needs to run?
Yes, we need a minimum 10 people to run the event. As the space is quite large it can feel awkward or empty without the minimum amount of people. If your event fails to sell the min ticket numbers then you will be given the option of receiving a voucher for another event of your choice OR to switch to the next event. We want everyone to have a fantastic time and apologies if there is any inconvenience caused by the cancelling of an event.
